Joy Stephens brings a unique and varied collection of work experiences to the firm. While possessing dual Bachelor’s of Science degrees in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, as well as a Masters in Business Administration, Joy spent her 20+ years in Corporate America with companies like Proctor & Gamble and Kimberly Clark. She has worked in manufacturing, research and development, quality assurance, sales, sales management and sales training. It was her experience in corporate training and sales leadership that helped her find her true passion for building up people and organizations. Joy is a DiSC Certified Trainer and CCE Board Certified Life Coach, specializing in the area of Career Transitions, guiding individuals moving from one major life pathway to another by uncovering their true passion. She is also the key content creator for our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion seminars. Joy was also a member if the Marquis Who's Who annual listing for 2022/2023, as well as their Top 100 Women in Small Business listing.
